Shipping Policy
***SORRY, NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING***
We have a Flat Rate of $7.50 for all orders.
Due to the multiple Distribution centers we utilize, it would be very difficult to determine shipping costs per each warehouse. The shipping costs for both UPS and USPS has increased significantly, so we have decided to give you a break on the cost. We will take care of the extra shipping costs, should there be any.
Your Order may be split up into multiple packages and arrive at separate times. However, you should expect to receive your Order within 2 - 3 Weeks. Please make sure to keep this time contraint in mind when placing your Order.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our main goal here at FAVOR-able Keepsakes.
When you receive your order, please inspect your items carefully. We are more than happy to accept returns/exchanges on unopened, non-personalized and non-dated items up to 15 days after you receive your order.
Personalized items may not be returned unless one of the following applies:
1) The item is defective. You must report a defective item within 3 days of receiving your shipment. We will replace the item at no cost to you.
2) There is an error on the personalization that is the fault of FAVOR-able Keepsakes. When you place your order, you must enter the personalization EXACTLY as you want it to appear on your item. If the personalization on the items matches the personalization information we received on your order, we cannot accept the item(s) for return.
*All defective (damaged) products or the wrong product sent, must be reported to FAVOR-able Keepsakes within 3 days of receiving your shipment.
All merchandise returns or exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee. However, if you receive any product from our store which is manufacturer defective or is damaged during shipment, we will immediately exchange the unusable product for you without charge.
Items in non-resalable condition or that cannot be resold for other reasons (i.e. food products, personalized products, etc.) may not be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged during shipment. Disposable cameras and other dated items are not returnable. We apologize, but CLEARANCED products are also not returnable.
To return an item, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your shipment. Please send us an e-mail at: returns@cruz-in.com
Please provide us with your order number, name, item(s) for which you are requesting a return, and the reason you want to return them. You will be issued a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA). Clearly mark your RMA number on every package being returned. All returns must be repackaged in the original shipping carton including packing materials and contents. We will send a shipping label to your e-mail address, please print it out and attach it to the package(s). We must receive the returned item within 10 business days of the RMA number being issued to you. This 10 day window allows ample time for the return to arrive via UPS or Insured Parcel post from anywhere in the country.
Returns shipped back without the RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION clearly marked on the package, or after the ten (10) day time period provided for shipment of returned merchandise has expired, will not be accepted. Unaccepted items will be returned at the sender's expense. Return shipping costs are not refundable.
